Kalakunj offers product delivery service to any postal address in the state of Andhra Pradesh. For this, the customers need to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.

If the concerned person is not available at the address, our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To avoid the same, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.

  • Address alterations cannot be made once an order is registered. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. The same must be intimated through
  • Incomplete or incorrect address listings will lead to postal delays for which we are not responsible. In such an eventuality, our courier company might charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses,which you as a customer without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees.
  • For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date when placing their order. 

NOTE: In case of multiple address order, you need to make individual purchase order for each address, since we do not entertain a single purchase order containing multiple delivery addresses.

Cost Factor

We adopt fair and transparent shipping rates.

Shipping rates are weight based and the weight of any product can be found on its detail page. To match the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.

VAT & Custom Duties

Please note that VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. 

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary from country to country in accordance with rules of that country. They must be paid directly by you.

The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.


  • In most cases, orders are processed within 36-48 hours of order placement & confirmation of your payment. You can expect to receive your order, within 7 -15 business days of placing the order and depending upon the location of the address and delivery movement process.
  • All deliveries are made generally made from Monday to Saturday during normal working hours of the courier company. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. On emergency occasions, we can try to organize deliveries at some extra cost on case to case basis.
  • All orders are shipped by reputed courier services like DHL, Blue Dart, etc.
  • If two or more items are ordered, you may receive them in multiple boxes on either the same day or different days, due to varying item availability and shipping locations. 
  • On certain occasions, there might be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail

In case you suggest alternate shipping options, then cheaper and slower shipping options can be suggested. On request, we can also make special quotes for shipping if the merchandise order amount is large.

Transit Risk

If the Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss for In-transit risk is all ours. 

There are times when you might receive your product parcel late due to factors beyond our control like acts of nature like earthquake, floods, etc, social factors like riots, strikes, etc. In the event of your parcel not reaching your destination address in such cases, no refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

However, Kalakunj will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at destination address by courier agency.

IF Your Order is Lost in Transit

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess/reship the order.
