While Kalakunj makes all efforts to ensure accuracy of order of the product, there may be occasions wherein there might occur variations in color of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This could be due to the nature of fabric dyes, OR differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
If you have received the right product but you’re not satisfied with the product received, please revert back with proper details including the desired fit, pattern and look of a product.
If you’ve received a product –
- In a condition wherein its damaged or tampered with; OR
- With a manufacturing defect; OR
- That was a wrong product.
You should refuse to accept delivery and should also lodge a proper complain with Kalakunj.
In both CASES, you should immediately intimate Kalakunj at email@example.com with comprehensive details of the defects/complaints, within 24 hours of receipt of product.
- Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the Kalakunj regarding the same.
- Do Not return any product, before receiving confirmation from Kalakunj for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Kalakunj does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
- The returned defective products returned should be in Original Packing accompanied by the copy of Original Invoice and other documents required as sent to customer, within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Kalakunj.
- All defective products being returned to Kalakunj shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier, marked ‘DEFECTIVE RETURN’.
- All shipping costs of returning the defective products shall be paid by the customer.
In the following cases, we do not accept returns –
- If the complaint regarding the product has been made after 24 hours of the receipt of the product; OR
- If the products has not been returned in original condition with tags intact attached to the product; OR
- If its not accompanied by the Return Authorization Form; OR
- If the return has been made after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
On receding RETURNED PRODUCT, Kalakunj shall examine the product for defects/ variations as complained by the customer and shall either –
Refund the cost of the product, IF DESIRED BY THE CUSTOMER, along with the cost of shipping the product back borne by the customer. However,
- We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
- At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods; OR
- Shipping cost within AP region are deducted for refund, since we offer free shipping.
Dispatch a replacement product of the kind ordered for by the customer.
NOTE: Please note that Kalakunj shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately.
